We went out to Red Rock for a hike on Saturday and it was freezing! We even got hailed on! But it was a pretty hike but maybe we need to check the weather a little better next time (in my defense on our side of the valley the clouds had passed and it was sunny!)
Saturday night we colored Easter eggs and actually didn't get too messy, it was a miracle! Saturday night Matthew woke up in the middle of the night and threw up. And was really sick all day on Sunday. So we didn't have an Easter egg hunt. Matthew is finally feeling better so maybe now we will finally have our egg hunt (the eggs are all ready to go waiting in the closet!)
It was a nice quiet weekend, lots of time to reflect on the true meaning of Easter!

Your experience at Red Rock sounds similar to ours several weeks ago.
I hope Matthew is feeling better now. It sounds like he had a really yucky bug hit him.
Too bad about the hail and all. You still look happy in the picture so hopefully it was still fun. Sorry about Matthew and is bug. I should call and see how you all are today...
